Ghost Brigade was formed in 2005 in Jyväskylä. While not keen on labels, the genre of music produced could fall under Melodic Death/Progressive Metalcore. The Demo, which features Aleksi as a session player/guest was released in February of 2006.
In September of 2007 the bands full length album "Guided by Fire" on the Seasons of Mist label was released with Aleksi as a full time member of the band.
In 2009, the band will release the follow up album "Isolation Songs".

The band embarked on a Czech and German club and festival tour in August; and are finishing their full Finnish tour in late September, October, and November.
