SWALLOW THE SUN – I've never been much for doom metal, but I haven't stopped listening to this CD since I got it.  This band is just amazing and I was trying to temper my excitement for their show with the fact that sometimes live performances don't live up to the quality of a recorded work.  Not so in the case with StS!  They put on an utterly amazing live performance and won over the crowd who didn't seem to be very familiar with their material but by the end of the set was roaring after every song.  What a band!  These guys could not come back soon enough for me!
